Sports courts—basketball and pickleball at the North Pavilion and Camp, and tennis at Camp—are available (bring your own equipment).
Evenings are for togetherness: roast marshmallows around your private firepit, unwind in the luxury hot tub, or catch an outdoor summer concert (May–November) under the stars. The home’s spacious interiors—including a bunk room ideal for kids or friends—ensure comfort and fun, rain or shine. Please note: Some amenities are seasonal, and construction activity may occasionally be heard during the day as this is a growing community.

Sip award-winning wines at Eagles Nest Winery, just a two-minute drive (or pleasant walk) from your door—day passes available Thursday through Sunday. After wine tasting, retreat to your private deck for sunset views and a soak in the premium BullFrog hot tub, or stroll the quiet wooded trails hand-in-hand.
Back inside, unwind by the cozy fireplace or enjoy a nightcap around your firepit. The main-level king suite with ensuite bath offers privacy and luxury, while an additional king bedroom shares a full bath. The pet policy allows up to two dogs, so no member of your group has to be left behind (pet fee applies). Please note: Winery visitors must be 16+, and some resort amenities are reserved for members only. There may be light construction noise during the day as the community grows.

After a day full of activity, the hot tub and firepit at your cabin beckon for relaxation. Remember to bring your own sports and archery equipment for activities at Camp, as it’s not provided. Note: Some activities are seasonal or require advance planning, and 4WD/AWD is required in winter months.



Pet-Friendly Mountain Retreats: Paws & Play
Bring your furry companions along! Sunset View Retreat welcomes up to two dogs (for a nightly fee) and provides easy access to nature walks and the North Pavilion’s dog park. With private grounds, a spacious deck, and convenient access to pet-friendly trails, your dog can join in the mountain fun alongside you. After a day of exploration, relax together by the firepit or unwind in the cozy living room.
Please note: The pet policy allows up to two dogs per stay and a pet fee applies. The mountain environment is perfect for walks, but leash up for safety on shared trails and near ongoing construction in this growing community.

Property Access
- Guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest.
- Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
Policies and Rules
- No smoking allowed.
- Minimum age: 25 years.

- This home allows up to 2 dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Fees and Payments
- Eagles Nest Winery Day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the amenities.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
Parking Information
- Free parking is available.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. Kitchen amenities include: Microwave/Convection Oven, Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Basic Dishes & Silverware.
- There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- TVs are streaming only.
- All linens and towels provided.
- Clothes washing machine and clothes dryer available.
- Hot tub provided.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).
